Pine Knoll is the best campground for large RVs and large vehicles towing boats. You'll want to use caution when entering as there are some narrow roads. Pine Knoll features two restroom buildings (with showers) and 120 sites to choose from on a first come, first served basis.

None of the campsites have electric or sewer, but every other campsite does have a shared water faucet.
